Food Matters Live in Dublin brought together a premium audience across Ireland’s leading food and drink brands for the first time, connecting industry professionals for a jam-packed agenda spanning multiple stages, featuring over 80 expert speakers, and offering a rich programme of panels, roundtables, market and technical insights, in parallel with ingredient showcases.
Throughout the two days, speakers came together to discuss, debate, and share insights on the future of food. Running in tandem with our Tastes of Better partners AAK, IFF and Kerry, who showcased their solutions in colour, taste, texture, and mouthfeel as well as better-for-you, nutritional and sustainable reformulation to a leading agri-food audience of product developers, technical managers, and culinary leaders.
Food Matters Live will return to Dublin in November 2025 with new partners and more expert panel sessions championing sustainable, healthy nutrition for all.
