Damien is the founder of Futavista – a futures strategy & innovation consultancy based in Dublin with a deep sector focus on food & beverage and a partner agency of Empathy Research.
Futavista works with a small number of national and muti-national F&B clients helping them ‘future-prime’ their innovation pipelines in an uncertain and challenging environment.
Damien is a trained futurist with a background in brand strategy and innovation. He has a passion for whitespace innovation and utilising scenario planning to build business & innovation resilience.
Prior to founding Futavista in 2019 in he worked with William Grant & Sons Distillers as Global Innovation and Strategic Planning Director over eight years.
Damien graduated from UCD after which he worked in Diageo, Carlsberg and Publicis based both in Ireland and abroad over two decades.
