Navigating nutrition and health claims regulations to deliver responsible and impactful claims

The landmark EC Nutrition and Health Claims Regulation has been enforced for over a decade and aims to ensure consistency of messaging to enable responsibly informed choices by consumers. We’ll cover the key elements of the regulation, discuss potential EU/GB divergence, and dig into the current discussions and debates around nutrition and health claims.
