Director of Murdoch Associates, Judith is an independent palm oil expert, specialising in the food industry for more than 30 years and more recently researching the use of palm oil in the oleochemicals and animal feed sector.

Working within the oils and fats industry for 18 years has given her insight into the world of commodity oils, including understanding the complexities of the supply chain from country of origin to first destination refiners, manufacturers, and retailers.

Judith works regularly with a range of clients including AAK and other UK and International businesses.

Judith became an Efeca Associate in 2017. Efeca facilitates the UK Sustainable Commodities Initiative (UK SCI), a pre-competitive, cross supply chain group convened by the UK Government. Judith is also an active trustee of the Orangutan Land Trust.
