Yvonne provides nutrition and regulatory consultancy services to the food/food supplement industry. Her consultancy was established in 2012 after a 15 year career in the food industry working for global companies like GSK, Cadbury and Kraft. Her clients include global companies like Danone, Glanbia, Almarai (Saudi), Tate &Lyle, Valeofoods, Lucozade Ribena Suntory, Herbalife as well as acting as a consultant for global scientific consulting groups. Her expertise lies in nutrition strategy, nutrition profiling, scientific support for health claims and the provision of regulatory consultancy services to the food industry particularly in the Dairy, Early Life Nutrition and Food supplement sectors. Yvonne is also a visiting lecturer at both the Dublin Institute and Athlone Institute’s of Technology.
