Mark Anderson combines 25 years in the culinary profession. Originally training as a chef in DIT, Mark gained experience in Ireland and internationally working across all sectors of the hospitality industry, from high end and casual restaurants, to hotels, event catering, retail sector, and workplace catering. He joined Gather & Gather in 2015 as their first Culinary Director in Ireland. In that role he has pushed the boundaries of workplace catering for clients in various sectors delivering an offering based on an exceptionally high level of quality, centred on local and seasonal ingredients, with health and taste to the fore.
In recent years, alongside his role as Culinary Director of Gather & Gather Ireland, Mark has been a founding member of the National Advisory Council of Chef Network where he has been instrumental in building a chef community and promoting positive kitchen culture, has been a Food on the Edge ambassador and partner.
