Dermot is Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Reso Health in Tramore, Co. Waterford. He has over 15 years’ experience working in Pharma and Biopharma companies, where he held management positions in Commercial Operations, Business Development, Engineering and Technical Operations. Dermot is a qualified Project Manager with a Masters in Pharma/Biopharma Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Innovation and Enterprise Development.

Passionate about health and life sciences, Dermot decided in 2021 to apply his extensive knowledge and experience to developing his new venture, Reso Health, where along with his Co-Founder and long-time colleague Ken O’Shea, he has developed a novel approach to improving the precision and convenience of dietary supplements using an AI and dispensing technology platform, specifically designed for the workplace. Reso’s proprietary dispensing technology prepares a science packed rejuvenating drink, personalised to specific needs and how employees are feeling, building healthy habits into workplace routines, and helping companies and employees realise their health and performance goals.
