All sessions worked very well to showcase and give a feeling of the suppliers and how they can support food business to move forward.

The sessions delivered by the partners were amazing. Alternating between talking, tasting and evaluating was great. They were also very interactive and fast-paced so very engaging.

The tasting sessions were really well thought out, informative and useful – we already work with some of the teams but good to see new flavour technologies.

I really enjoyed how the sponsors organised their sessions to showcase what their ingredients can do. They blew me away by the potential of creating better products with natural ingredients.

The partner sessions were very relevant to my role and provided some interesting new ingredient ideas for soft drinks.
