Natalie is a registered nutritionist and exercise physiologist with twenty years of experience working across nutrition, health, and lifestyle change. Natalie’s background brings together human nutrition (biochem and dietary analysis) with market trends, food industry regulation, NPD, and more recently consumer psychology.Natalie has secured and worked on several IUK, Welsh Gov, and European innovation grants to bring a nutrition and health-focused bridge between academia and industry; developing interventional frameworks to meet nutritional shortfalls, through to delivering nutritional insight to aid the development of Healthier Diets for the Welsh Government.
