The Food Matters conference was a great mix of a range of disciplines that impact food and the wider community. I was able to hear presentations and get demos from food producers and those involved in the development of scientific concepts being brought to the consumer. A real rich diversity of specialists which has given me lots of ideas to move forward with!

I was delighted to attend the Food Matters Live event in Dublin where I spoke about the role of Foods for Special Medical Purposes (FSMPs) in the treatment of disease-related malnutrition, a vital area as we look to support patients with specialised nutritional needs.

Food Matters Live really brought innovation and insight to the fore. It was great to hear from international experts and network with key representatives from across the industry.

Food Matters Live brought a diversity of perspectives and informative conversations to Croke Park. Hand in hand with this, the Tastes of Better sessions helped to bring a variety of innovative sustainability solutions to life.
