Steve is a recognised expert in all aspects of consumer, shopper and competitor research. He is an expert in provision and analysis of all types of retail and foodservice market data. He has extensive strategic marketing expertise across portfolio management, brand positioning and innovation. Steve has worked on many strategic and due diligence projects for Food Strategy Associates, including in snackfoods, chilled, frozen, drinks and plant-based categories.

Steve spent more than 27 years at United Biscuits and pladis Global (formed from the acquisition of UB by Yildiz Holdings), in a range of roles across Group Strategy and Market Insight, ending up as Consumer and Market Insight Director for the UK & Ireland, he also held main board directorships roles for both United Biscuits and Pladis Global.
