Biography

Rob is a freelance management consultant, educator, non-executive director and advisor working in food and hospitality. He has an MBA, a PGCLT and an MSc in Food Policy. He is a fellow of the Association for Project Management, the Chartered Management Institute and the Higher Education Academy.

Rob works on a range of commercial and purpose-driven projects for clients across the private and voluntary sectors. His commercial clients include Pret a Manger, GAIL’s Artisan Bakery, The Bread Factory, Elior and Chopstix, for which he has undertaken assignments including business improvement projects, Lean process reviews, organisational restructures, mobile apps, digital loyalty, sustainability / waste reviews, procurement, tech upgrades, websites / e-commerce, customer experience, research and analysis.

Rob’s non-profit clients include The Soil Association, The Good Food Programme, City Harvest London and The Felix Project. His recent assignments in this sector include strategy facilitation and development, external reviews and evaluations, and advisory projects.
