Nicola heads up the Prepared Consumer Foods & Drinks Department in Enterprise Ireland where she and her team work with ambitious Consumer Food, Beverage and Petfood companies. These companies span high growth SME and Large companies with a focus on innovative products for international markets and are important regional employers. Nicola and her team work closely with these companies to develop and grow their businesses in line with Enterprise Ireland’s strategic goals of job creation, sustainability targets and innovation.

Nicola has over 20 years’ experience working with companies at all stages of growth across a broad range of industry sectors. Nicola is a graduate of Dublin City University.
