Louise O’Connor is the CSR Strategist at Strong Roots. Strong Roots was founded in 2015, with the belief that food can be better. Plant-based and frozen, the company aims to provide a convenient but nutritious option for people with busy lives.

Louise joined the business in 2020, from a background in the non-profit sector. Her first job was to secure B Corp certification, making Strong Roots the first frozen and plant-based Irish company to join the B Corp movement. She manages the Sustainability and Social Impact programmes at Strong Roots, and is working hard to innovate and fix the freezer aisle.
