Biography

Jenny is a food writer and teacher. She trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and travelled the world as a chef. She has written several cookbooks and was appointed as the UN Food and Agricultural Organisation European Special Ambassador for The International Year of Pulses. Jenny delivers plant-based culinary training as part of Humane Society International UK’s Forward Food programme.
