Iarina Radu has a rich background in environmental engineering, having completed her studies at the Maritime University in Romania. Her career commenced in 2011 as a social compliance auditor, during which she conducted over 1,000 audits across various sectors and schemes. Her management skills were honed as a Certification Manager for a prominent global certification body, and she notably re-wrote version 2.1 of the Ethical Trade and Responsible Sourcing Standard for BRCGS. Currently, she is a consultant, trainer, and auditor for social schemes, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work.
