Gill has been the Group Sustainability Director at Dawn Meats Group for 5 years, where she leads and the company’s sustainability and climate strategy.  She worked in Corporate Banking and Finance for 10 years, managing a portfolio of clients in the transport, infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.

Gill has a BA In Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in Business Sustainability from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School.
