Audrey has been a chef for over 30 years and is currently working as the Executive Chef for Unilever Food Solutions Ireland. Audrey has experience across many sectors.

Her role allows her to combine her passion for all things food, sustainability and development, supporting Chefs and suppliers, inspiring them on creative ways to achieve the best results from their produce, sourcing new additions to their food offering and promoting and maintaining high standards in both a cost effective and sustainable way.

Audrey is a member of the Panel of Chefs of Ireland and is the Assistant Chairman of Judges for the national competition Chef Ireland and was the captain of the Irish National Culinary team championing local Irish produce on the world stage, and the Irish team to 3 Silver medals and a bronze in the Culinary Olympics. Following on from a successful competition career Audrey is currently a qualified World Chefs judge.
