I joined Ulrick & Short in 2018 after 17 years as a development chef and manager previously working on new and existing products for most of the major retailers and finding solutions for successful product launches both in the kitchen and in the factory. This is a new, exciting and challenging role which enables me to utilise my key skills and knowledge to offer our clients support with a number of projects including: fat reduction, improving stability, clean labelling, binding meat products, making a fibre or protein claim, improving a texture in bakery and meats, glazing products, vegan meat alternatives.
