Amir is the founder and food consultant of Good Food Studio, a leading consultancy for the food and restaurant industry. In 2020, Amir launched GFS to help businesses navigate the Covid-19 crisis and continues to assist a variety of clients, including meal subscription companies, large bakeries, and restaurant start-ups. With experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, FMCG, and food service, he has launched products with major retailers like Tesco and Asda, and created restaurant concepts for Sky UK. Recognised in CODE Hospitality’s ’30 under 30′ for 2020, he remains a leading force in the UK hospitality and FMCG sectors.
