Zero Waste Scotland
Ylva Haglund is Food Waste Campaigns Manager at Zero Waste Scotland. Ylva has delivered behaviour change and advocacy campaigns on environmental issues in Scotland for 14 years. She is part of the Food & Drink team within Zero Waste Scotland, who work toward meeting the Scottish Government target to reduce food waste by a third by 2025, as set out in Scotland’s Food Waste Reduction Action Plan. Her work on food waste prevention has included leading on the Love Food Hate Waste campaign in Scotland, and related behaviour change interventions aimed at helping householders reduce their food waste, as well as projects to reduce food waste in the hospitality sector, such as the Scottish Government ‘Good to Go’ doggy bags scheme.
