Will Wells

Will Wells is the founder of Hummingbird Technologies, which since 2016 has grown into a leading European remote sensing and AI platform for Food & Ag tech. Outside of Hummingbird, Will is an active investor in 15+ early stage tech start-ups, a supporter of the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, and acts as a Board Advisor, Trustee or Chairman at numerous other leading Food & Ag tech start-ups and Climate bodies. Prior to launching Hummingbird, Will spent 10 years in finance, including M&A at Citigroup and Lincoln International, and then moved to the buyside to co-manage the successful multibillion dollar Highclere global equity fund, where he was also Partner.  Will holds a First Class MA Honours degree in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from INSEAD Business School.
