An award-winning registered dietitian and nutritionist with over 30 years of experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics. Wan is responsible for driving the nutrition, health and wellbeing agenda for Sodexo’s clients, consumers and employees.
She engages with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and a member of government/NGO groups that support consumer and public health. She advises Sodexo’s leaders on topical issues around nutrition and allergens including UK and EU adopted regulations.
Wan’s credentials include a first class honours degree in food science & nutrition, a post graduate degree in Dietetics, and a Masters in Business. Her previous roles include specialist clinical dietitian for both the NHS and in the private sector, Programme Director and Lecturer at leading Universities, not to mention her vast experience within foodservice and food manufacturing. A thought leader, Wan is the current Chair of the Nutrition Expert group at UK Hospitality and a former Nutrition Chair for the British Hospitality Association that represented over 40,000 hotels, restaurants, clubs, food service, attractions, serviced apartments and leisure companies. A recognised public speaker, Wan also judges on a number of UK cross-sector events that support healthy innovations within the food industry.
