Suzanne Davies

Suzanne is a Consultant at Lux Research, advising billion dollar net revenue clients on emerging technology investments, market assessments, partnership search and selections, and go-to-market strategies. Suzanne’s topic specialism is primarily related to agrifood and consumer packaged goods. Example topics include plant-based meat and dairy alternatives, cannabinoids, metagenomics, microbiome modulation, personalized nutrition, and natural feed additives. Prior to joining Lux, Suzanne worked at PepsiCo International for more than six years in R&D across both long-term research and commercial new product development. She holds an M.Phil. in Food Science and Engineering and a B.Sc. in Food Science and Nutrition, both from the University of Nottingham.
