Sophie Globe

Sophie graduated from Newcastle University with First Class Honours in Food and Human Nutrition. Whilst at University, she undertook a placement with Northern Foods which led to a place on their Graduate Scheme. From Northern Foods, Sophie joined Greencore Prepared Meals where her roles have centred around product development and most recently leading innovation across products, ingredients and packaging. She has a passion for sustainability within the food industry, with particular interest in food packaging and the creation a food system which protects the planet. Sophie is a true foodie at heart and enjoys eating out, exploring and trying new ingredients and creating her own dishes at home.
