Sophie Atkins-Ward

Sophie Atkins-Ward – Group Head of Innovation for Hilton Food Group. Sophie started her career as a chef, later studying a BA Journalism and receiving a scholarship to study at Yale, working with the Oxford Health Alliance helping to strategize the impact of the future of obesity, diabetes and cancer with relation to food manufacturing.  Sophie has since worked across retail in commercial and innovation roles to deliver product development, trends and business development strategies.
