Richard is Technical and Sustainability Director of Cook Trading Ltd and has worked in the food industry for nearly 40 years in both operational and technical capacities.He took on the Sustainability mantel at COOK when they were in the process of becoming a founding UK BCorp and is responsible for the safety, climatic, environmental and sourcing agendas for the business. Committed to using the power of business to do good in society, he believes that developing radically transparent relationships with suppliers, workers and community is key to mutual success. He is a board member of the British Frozen Food Federation and serves on the standards advisory council for BLab.
