Olayemi is a Regulatory Manager at the Food and Drink Federation (FDF). She leads the Allergens Steering Group (ASG) at the FDF, where allergen labelling, communication and management issues that affect UK food and drink manufacturers are covered. This includes the monitoring and influencing of UK and International legislative developments on allergen related topics. She recently contributed to the development of new FDF guidance on change management of allergen information, which was developed in collaboration with experts across the FDF membership and key external stakeholders to help food and drink businesses of all sizes manage changes that impact the allergen labelling on pre-packaged products. Olayemi has over 20 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, with expertise in technical compliance, internal auditing and supply chain management.
