As a ‘Medical Diets Nutritionist’ for Chartwells, Compass Group, I carefully review menus, recipes and ingredients for nutritional compliance and prepare medical diet menus for hundreds of school children with allergies, intolerances and metabolic conditions.  I also work across the nation to train and empower Chartwells catering teams with knowledge about allergen management and educate pupils about food and nutrition so they can lead healthy and happy lives.
