I am passionate about translating Breakthrough Science and Technology into game changing innovations and bringing these innovations to markets around the Globe. Since April 2020 I am Group R&D and Innovation Director at Premier Foods PLC with responsibility for leading the Global R&D and Innovation functions. Before that, during a 26-year career with Unilever I have built broad experience in R&D and Innovation Management, as well as Strategy & Business Development, Consumer Insight & Concept Creation, and M&A in the FMCG industry. This included but was not limited to making ice cream in Rome, selling iced tea in China, designing tomato sauce in the USA, and help drive the sustainable living plan reporting and innovation process transformation of Unilever.
