Lori Callum (BSc, MSc) is a Microbiologist with 15 years experience working in Scientific Research and Industry. She has published papers in the areas of Virology, Biophysical Chemistry and Nutrition. She has carried out research projects at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, UCL, and The Crick. Lori currently works as a Gut Health Consultant helping her clients with gut restoration.
