Lee is an experienced new product development expert with over 10 years in the industry. Starting his career out in kitchens as a chef he worked his way through the ranks all the way up to a head chef position. Utilising this practical knowledge Lee then made the transition to Development Chef and subsequently NPD and hasn’t looked back since. He has a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverage industry with numerous very successful product launches in E-com, FMCG and retail platforms encompassing own label and branded products. Skilled across multiple categories in catering, sensory evaluation, cooking, food preparation, nutrition, ingredient application and functionality. All underpinned by a strong project management foundation. Lee holds GNVQ Level 4 in Catering & hospitality alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science (BSc) in Nutrition & Food Science.
