Julianne Ponan

Julianne MBE is the CEO of free-from snack brand, Creative Nature which creates, manufactures, and supplies bars, snacks and food mixes which are free from the top 14 allergens. They are stocked in major supermarkets including Asda, the Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Tesco as well as many independent outlets up and down the UK. Julianne studied a degree in accounting and investment management and worked in a banking job in Beijing. On a visit home she was asked to look at the accounts of Creative Nature which was struggling on the time in the hope to turn the company around. Julianne has allergies herself including nut, chickpea, lentil, perfume and oils allergies. In 2023 she was awarded an MBE in the New Year’s Honours lists for services to export, business and the allergy community.
