Jordi Gallés

Jordi Gallés was born into a family of bakers. He learned the craft of baking from them and, unsurprisingly, developed a passion for it.  After studying Business Management and Administration, he worked for four years at Le Bon Pain de France, alongside renowned bakers, also learning all about the nascent frozen bread and baked goods business. He joined Europastry in 1996, holding various positions until, in 2010, he took over from his father as Executive President of the company, a position he still holds today.
