Gharry leads the business across a number of CPW’s largest markets and has more than 30 years’ experience of leading teams to deliver superior and sustainable results.
In his current role as part of the global leadership team at CPW, Gharry has also been responsible for developing its purpose to ‘Make Breakfast Better’ through its key pillars: better food, better lives and better planet.
Prior to this, Gharry led teams as Global Personal Care & Home Care Director at PZ Cussons – a FTSE 250 PLC, and was CEO of Müller Dairy. Gharry was also appointed as Managing Director of The Wrigley Company Ltd. in 2003.
Gharry has also served as a Board Member of the Dairy Council, the Regional Chair of Business in the Community and as Board Member of the Food & Drink Federation. He is currently the Chairman of Breakfast Cereals UK, the trade body for the breakfast cereals industry with members including Nestlé, Jordans, Dorset, Ryvita, Mornflake, Kellogg’s and Weetabix.
