Geraldine works with food-related organisations, including businesses, non-profits, government agencies and others, to help them understand their role and opportunities in building a better food system. She helps them to establish their purpose, raise their ambitions, and develop their strategies for action and impact, to prepare for and shape the future of food – one that ensures sustainable nutrition: healthy, nutritious food for everyone, decent livelihoods for food producers, while restoring our natural world. Her experience stretches across the value chain, from agriculture to retail and foodservice. She is also a co-founder and trustee of Flavour School.
