Having
completed my post-graduate studies, I always knew HR was the career for me, but
it was only after my first role following graduation that I realised that food
manufacturing and the food industry had so much to offer.  The variety,
the pace and two days never being the same were then, just as they are now –
the real appeal for me.  I learnt so much, so quickly – just as I continue
to do today.  I have  been able to grow from HR Assistant through
single site, multi-site and project lead roles, I have operated in union and
non-union environments, I have supported start-ups, closures, and all types of
change programmes in between.
