Enid Taylor

Naturopath and Clinic Director, Taymount Clinic

I have been interested in all things naturopathic since the 1970s and after obtaining a BSc in Psychology in 1997 (as a mature student) and working for some years as a computer programmer, I finally qualified as a Doctor of Naturopathy in 2002.  I opened a clinic for digestive health along with my husband, Glenn Taylor in 2003 and this morphed through colonic therapist training school,  into the world’s first FMT (Faecal Microbiome Transplant) clinic by 2012.

I am an author of two books;  my first book “Kefir – Nature’s Little Miracle”, was published in 2012, before the supermarkets knew what Kefir was!  My second book is about building diversity into the daily diet to help broaden the gut flora diversity “50 Foods Grid”, a way of challenging yourself to eat as many different foods in one week to encourage your gut flora to flourish. Both are available on Amazon.co.uk.

The Taymount Clinic is poised to grow into its new chapter as a Functional Medical Clinic with the integration of other modalities, including IV Vitamin Therapy, SIBO testing and other digestive and holistic approaches.

With a superb team of professionals and medical experts at our elbow, my role is to continue to work with the training of staff and partner clinics and to develop the clinic into its exciting new future.
