Emily Walters is an experienced dietitian passionate about helping individuals to improve their nutritional state through her clinical practice, research activities and provision of education, training and mentoring. With specialist interest in the identification and management of malnutrition risk she has worked with several nutrition support teams and in various clinical dietetic roles. She developed particular expertise in managing malnutrition risk in cancer patients during her 15 years leading the dietetic service at a Regional Cancer Centre. Her committee work with BAPEN and the Advisory Committee for Borderline Substances is also integral to her desire to support the provision of good nutritional care for patients.
