I studied Chemistry at University and after graduating I started a role in the agrochemical industry. This wasn’t for me so I moved into the world of flavours where I have worked in extract creation and beverage product development at Sensient Flavours and Rudolf Wild (now part of ADM) which is where I found my true passion was in Beverage product development. I have worked at Britvic Soft Drinks where I worked on brands like Purdey’s Natural Energy, Ballygowan, Robinsons Refresh’d and primarily the London Essence Company Mixer range. This led to my current role at Fever-Tree as their senior Liquid development manager where I lead the technical liquid development programme and drive technical solutions for the creation of our innovative premium mixers. My projects can cover EPD and NPD and so I work with lots of different teams across the business.
