Dini McGrath

Before starting the Wonki Collective, Dini worked 8+ years in the food and beverage industry, seeing first-hand the huge amount of supply chain food waste and limited solutions food manufacturers have.  Specifically, Dini joined London gin producer Sipsmith as their 6th employee, working on brand awareness and sales. She also managed the 12-year pipeline of strategic global innovations and launched Sipsmith D2C ecommerce channel, managing everything from product sourcing, supply chain management, fulfilment partners and sales strategy. Dini then worked at Beam Suntory, following their acquisition of Sipsmith in December 2016.
