Damian is currently Vice President of Sales,EMEA & APAC, at Sweegen. He is a driven, innovative and highly successful “hands on” commercial leader with 25 years commercial experience within the flavour& fragrance and specialty ingredient markets serving all categories and channels.

He is highly committed to delivering value through business growth and inter-departmental efficiency, skilled at the development and execution of local, regional, and global strategies across matrix organisations, and has a proven track record as a multinational team builder delivering unrivalled sales success in highly competitive global flavours and fragrance and natural sweetener markets. Experienced and comfortable working at C-Suite level and above within organisations, Damian has a strong strategic orientation with a practical approach to execution and delivery.

Recently, Damian has partnered with startup companies, within the Health & Wellness markets across both Food & Beverage and Cosmetics, to commercialise proprietary technology and developed a robust network and extensive experience within this field. Damian holds a degree in Food Science and Nutrition from The University of Huddersfield and completed his MBA at The Manchester MetropolitanUniversity.
