Corrine Toyn

Corrine Toyn is a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Chickpea Marketing, a freelance marketing and nutrition consultancy on a mission to drive the growth of health-focused food and drink brands. Consumers are demanding healthier and more sustainable dietary options. Therefore, Corrine uses her dietetic experience to understand the nutritional challenges of the target audience and create tailored marketing solutions that demonstrate brand value and nourish with purpose. Corrine started her career at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital since graduating from the University of Surrey and has previously worked at Abbott, M&S and Raisio Group (Benecol Ltd).Corrine is passionate about raising the profile of dietitians and nutritionists amongst food and drink companies and the dietetic community. Through her role as the Chair of the BDA Industry Specialist Group, she hopes to provide a source of peer-to-peer support for dietitians.
