Ben Richardson-Hughes is the NPD Technologist at Holland & Barrett, overseeing the launch of new food products from conception through to the shelf. Before this role, Ben has held several positions in food development for Marston’s PLC, Bakkavor and Senoble. He is a trained chef, having spent many years in hospitality industry including a spell in the USA. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts Management from Birmingham University. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, running and gourmet cooking with his wife, Natalie.
