Angela Zhang

Angela Zhang, is a scientific researcher and expert specialising in China’s animal and alternative protein industries. Angela holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, has attended the University of Leeds, and currently works as a Senior Analyst and Team Leader at various consulting firms, and sits as company supervisor for the ICP Project of Emlyon Business School, Asia Campus. Angela has appeared as an expert in a number of media outlets, including South China Morning Post, China Daily, Associated Press, Swiss RTS, German Magazine Wirtschaftswoche, and The Wall Street Journal.
In 2021, Angela won The Top 100 Young Scholars of Industrial Research in China (CIE100).
