The EAT Lancet Commission Report was published earlier this year to answer the key question ‘Can we feed a future population of 10 billion people a healthy diet within planetary boundaries?’ It brought together 37 world leading scientists from across the globe & looked at how diet & behaviour would need to change in order to do this.
