Gerald McDonald & Company Limited is a family-owned business supplying the food and drink industry for over 100 years. We are BRC ‘AA’ approved, hold stock in the UK, EU, and Asia and ensure all our products are carefully controlled and produced to the highest quality.
We deliver juices, concentrates, herbs, spices, and essential oils from our purpose-built blending facilities and ambient, chilled and frozen storage warehouses to customers in the UK and worldwide.
Since 1917 our mission remains the same; to source and provide the finest quality ingredients. We blend, grind, or mill to our customers’ specifications with promptness and efficiency being paramount to the service we provide.
From our newly setup Japan office, we have started bringing back new and exciting ingredients for the domestic market, such as yuzu juice and sansho pepper.
