AAK would like to invite you as a guest to their session at Food Matters Live Ascot or Dublin, where they will be showcasing how the latest innovations in fats and oils technology can be used to solve many of the most pressing challenges in food development today.
This includes:
• Solutions for mitigating the rapidly rising cost of Chocolate and Dairy ingredients
• Approaches to sustainability issues including EU Deforestation, UK Forest Risk Commodities legislation and Carbon footprint reduction for Scope 3 targets
• Tools to reformulate food products to reduce saturated fat, sugar and calories or to add positive nutrition such as protein, fibre, omega 3 fats or even cholesterol reduction
You will experience the taste, texture and mouthfeel of their ingredients in finished products that include categories ranging from chocolate and confectionery, bakery, positive nutrition, plant based/hybrid and dairy.

AAK will deliver an indulgent menu including items like the latest innovations in chocolate, egg replacement in bakery, HFSS compliant cookies, omega 3 enriched snack bars, hybrid and cholesterol reduction in dairy products and a new approach to delivering umami and succulence into plant based meat.
