Biography

Sodexo’s Global Executive Chef and head of culinary, Lloyd has spent over 30 years working in kitchens and leadership positions within the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Sodexo Lloyd has held senior positions within the contract catering sector in the UK and globally. At Sodexo, his key focuses are to continually evolve food standards across the business whilst actively promoting seasonal and sustainable food offers. As part of his role, Lloyd also leads the Sodexo Future Food Collective that brings together industry experts to carry out research and work with chefs on a range of food initiatives with a steadfast focus on guest centricity to deliver relevant, innovative and balanced food solutions. Leading, design and deployment of global food standards, enriching our culinary leaders, driving food innovation and guest satisfaction. Lloyd is very proud to act as global ambassador for Sodexo’s culinary principles and heritage.
