Bo Dohmen is Senior Manager for Nutrition & Health at FoodDrinkEurope, having joined the organisation in January 2022. In this role, she is responsible for regulatory and policy files in the areas of nutrition and health. Additionally, she co-leads different projects as part of FoodDrinkEurope’s Action Project on Sustainable and Resilient Food Systems. Bo coordinates several initiatives focusing on promoting healthier living through workstreams centred on wholegrain, fibre, salt, reformulation and innovation.

Prior to this, Bo served as Public Affairs Manager at the European Flavour Association (EFFA), where she spearheaded advocacy efforts for nearly three years. Her earlier career includes positions in EU Public Affairs consultancies and BusinessEurope. Bo holds a Master of Science in European Studies from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, (2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies, specialising in Public Policy and Communication, from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in Maastricht, the Netherlands (2015).
